This product came in packaging that was moderately damaged. It also came with a “battery pack” that I was unsure was listed, pretty sure this was to take 8 type-C batteries. Also, there is no manual for this model (PMP63IN) only for the 53 model which is a lesser watt. Have not put it to the test, but this doesn’t make the consumer feel confident.

The product's box and instructions match what is described in the Amazon posting. However, the actual product arrived with black tape over the holes where features like bluetooth, SD card, aux cord, etc. are supposed to be. I emailed the manufacturer, as this seems to be more of a mispackaging issue rather than an Amazon issue but keep getting the runaround. I was asked to contact the seller, which I cannot find an option to do so. So, here's my effort to contact the seller.Giving it two stars, as it seems well built and works well. The rechargeable battery is nice as well. But I am still frustrated that the features I paid extra for are missing from the device (a piece of tape is placed over the holes in the housing that would otherwise house the features).I'm not sure whose fault this is, but I just want it fixed at this point. Do I need to return it? Does the manufacturer need to replace it? If I return and repurchase, will the correct product be shipped?

I bought one and returned it since it fed back so badly it was unusable. They sent me a replacement which was even worse. Not only did it feedback when I tried to talk through it, the trigger didn't work for the mic, so it was always on. Very cheaply made, not sturdy plastic. Avoid.
