Ok once connected
I fought with this camera for several days because it did not want to connect to my network. Persistence paid off and I was able to find a good distance away from my wifi extender. Word of advice, make sure your 2.4g network is close by. For some reason one of the cameras did not like being mounted high on a wall. The camera lost connection even with the wifi extender positioned right below the camera. Overall it's decent for the price, but I had my own share of issues. Good clear picture, but there is feedback when attempting to speak on the two way speaker.

Clearly something broke
I found a better camera for a better price. I’m glad I did because When I received these cameras today I didn’t even open the box and the box was rattling.

Good features, IoT network connection issues
I really like the "Private" mode feature. This mode can be controlled via the "scenes" function in the app. Another feature that is nice is the "follow" feature where the camera follows the motion. However, if the motion the camera was following moves out of range, the camera stays pointed to the location where the motion was lost. This could lead to missing future motion that the camera cannot see because it is pointed away from the new motion. It would be nice if there was a "home" location feature that the camera would return to after following and losing motion.I like to segregate my "Internet of Things" (IoT) devices from my local area network (LAN) for security reasons. However, a negative is the inability of this camera to connect to my separate IoT subnet. I worked extensively with their tech support department (which was very responsive initially) but they were unable to resolve the problem.This camera works very well when connected to my regular LAN. So, if you don't have a separate IoT subnet, I would recommend this camera.One other thing, I use the TUYA app which seems to provide identical capabilities as the AMOROM app. I chose to use the Tuya app because I have many other IoT devices already managed by Tuya and didn't want to use another app.
