The JOLT is no longer available...(still wondering why BTW if any one knows lol)Close but not as smooth as an effect on the eyes right away but it does have pain relief it's just after it does sting for a sec(JOLT did too but somehow it a was a very refreshing type of sting)I love the quality of the brand ROHTO all together.They all have a great but different levels of performance, I actually use all of them at different times... yk different yyt
