Levy'sMC8A‐BRN 2-inch Cotton Webbing Strap with Headstock Loop ‐ Brown

Have brought a few of these Levy's straps with the loop design over the years, I like the feel of a minimalist strap width at the headstock end of an acoustic guitar, and as this is 2 inch wide cotton beyond the loop bit, it feels light but sturdy enough. I'm not playing live in late 50's skiffle revival bands or doing open mic. nights pretending to be the new geriactric Ed Sheeran all the week, so as a comfortable option to use at home this does what I need, and will last ages.

As an owner of two Levy's straps already, I knew I could trust them with quality. I was looking for one for an acoustic guitar with only one strap bolt on it. What drew me to this strap was its unique, looped end since I don't like having string holding my strap and guitar together. I hadn't seen any like that before. When attached to the guitar it looks really good with the suede and canvas look and it feels safe and sturdy.The only downside (which is more to do with my guitar) is that the leather is very stiff and my guitar has a pretty wide bolt, so I'm going to have to leave it on for a while to stretch it out. It is quite tricky getting the loop through if you've left your strings on too, so it's probably best to leave the strap on anyway.

Great product, already have one. However, don't buy through chummymusical. Product did not arrive, no reply from seller after contacting them. Now trying to get a refund via Amazon.

Real quality item, fits my guitar perfectly, speedy delivery..

Expensive for what it is and the headstock connection is poorly thought out and awkward.I might find a use for it sometime but for the moment I've replaced it with one a third of the price and a bootlace at the headstock.

Great strap, well made

I got this Levy’s cotton strap with suede ends because it has a loop on the end to attach to the guitar headstock. You can loop it around the headstock over the strings or you can attach it just above the nut under your strings (take strings off or thread loop under strings and loop back around). Once attached, I found my guitar is balanced optimally (no tipping toward the headstock like some straps do) for playing either standing or seated. Highly recommended as an alternative to a thin string tie or having to drill into your guitar to add an upper strap pin.

Ottima tracolla specialmente per il prezzo a cui l'ho pagata: poco più di 13 euro.Nelle recensioni si leggono pareri discordanti sul montaggio. Non so quale sia l'idea del produttore (istruzioni non ce ne sono), ma l'ipotesi di montarla prima di montare le corde non mi sembra molto pratica e sopra le corde decisamente da escludere. Io ho fatto passare l'anello sotto le corde e poi ho infilato tutta la tracolla all'interno dell'anello. Mi sembra che vada benissimo se non si ha la necessità di metterla e toglierla continuamente.E' una tracolla non imbottita, piuttosto leggera (ma credo sufficientemente robusta) e stretta quindi non adatta per strumenti pesanti. La utilizzo con una weissenborn che è appunto uno strumento molto leggero.
