Works well, soothes aching muscles as it says, useful in my old age after exercise.

This balm is great for pain relief, particularly after a workout and my muscles are a bit sore. It’s very easy for me to apply and I like that it absorbs well into my skin without leaving it oily or greasy. The balm gets work straight away and I do experience a nice warming sensation, which I quite like because I know it’s working. It does wonders with reducing pain in my achy muscles and I’m pleased with how long lasting the effects are. The balm hasn’t caused any discomfort or irritation to my sensitive skin and I like that I can use it all over my body. I feel the ingredients used as skin friendly and I’m pleased with the quality of this balm. I’m glad that it comes in the handy tub because it’s very lightweight and portable so I can just pop it in my bag and not worry that it will spill everywhere either. I’ve not had any issues or problems with using it and it does work well so I do happily recommend it. I feel it’s very good value for money and I will get it again.

I got this as I regularly use Arnica, being clumsy and prone to bruising myself! Typically I've not damaged myself in the last month so haven't been able to test it's bruise minimising qualities.However it is easy to apply to sore, aching muscles and does provide some relief. The aroma is insanely good, it reminds me of a certain, sinus clearing, vaporub with it's menthol like scent - it's a smell that instantly warms me both physically and mentally.The metal tin contains a healthy 100ml of balm. It's quite firm to the touch and you don't need much, so I can see this lasting for quite some time.Overall a high quality product with multiple uses - what's not to love!

After a tough workout, this was great massage balm to apply to sore muscles and my muscles certainly felt better after a massage with this balm.Comparing it to my regular massage oil, it left my skin feeling silky smooth but less oily. It has a pleasant, medicinally fresh scent.Just a small amount is needed for each application so the tub should last quite a while.I think it is a very nice massage balm for sore muscles which may or may not reduce inflammation. I don’t expect it is as effective at reducing inflammation as high strength ibuprofen gel, but is nicer to use.

We really like this after using it for a few days. It's quite dry and we like this because softer balms tend to mean you take out more than you really need. It acts fast and really warms your muscles so provides some relief. "Ultimate recovery" seems a bit too strong a claim though!

I have used this type of balm a few times before and had varying results with them but this one is probably the best I've used. It really helped my lower spine, neck and shoulders which are my three problem areas. It was easy to rub in with no greasy after effects and gave me a lot of relief. The smell is lovely but not overpowering and the size of the tin you get for the price is excellent. I am delighted with this and will be happy if this is still available when I have finished this. I totally recommend it.

It's a generously sized tin. The balm is a good consistency - waxy rather than a cream but still soft enough to get a decent amount onto your fingers without having to rub your fingers around (it's unlike some of a somewhat firmer consistency where you really need a bit of heat to soften it). The scent isn't particularly strong - some are quite overwhelming but this isn't. I think like such rubs in general, it's the action of rubbing the muscles with a lubricant which provides most of the beneficial effect rather than what it contains, but the soothing and warming of the ingredients helps.

Feels like alongside massaging this in you get a warming sensation which feels really good for sore muscles. It's more balmy/waxy than some others I've used which can be on the oilier side so it takes a bit more work to melt but this is great because I find it less messy and easier to control how much you take out of the jar.
