Her restaurant " Frita Batidos " in Ann Arbor, Michigan is wonderful !!!!!It is exciting to open an each page !

Still one of my favorite cook books after all these years. Amazing mixture of world flavors with solid techniques for straight up great recipes.

I had eaten at one of her restaurants which was a treat in so many ways, the simplicity and beauty of the decor, and the food was unique and delicious so was anxious to get to know more about her and her cooking!! really enjoyed "Eve" and the photography is great .
