The Freewell split ND filters are a major improvement over the DJI versions. Not in regards to image quality or color rendering. Both brands of filters are pretty much identical up and down the color spectrum. Also the fit and build quality is on par or even a little better than the DJI NDI filters.The one huge advantage is the fact that the Freewell filters are split, as in different levels for the respective lenses on the Air 3 gimble. It only makes sense that the more wide open wide angle lens would require a darker filter than the not as wide open 70mm lens. Too bad DJI did not think about this ahead of time. With their ND filters, each time you switch the lens used to record video, you also have to change other settings to get the same light level. However, with the Freewell split filters, the amount of light entering each lens is very close to the same in spite of the different f stop value of each lens.This is one less thing I have to think about while making videos with my DJI Air 3 in the field. It also means less time in post production editing. Awesome product, perfect fit and brilliant idea! Highly recommended!

As always, Freewell product exceeds expectations. These filters along with the All Day 8-Pack rounds out my filter needs for My DJI Air 3.

Freewell makes such a great product every time. These filters are clear to the edges and fit perfectly on my Air3. This All Day 8-Pack has what I need for about 98% of my shoots. The case is also extremely well made with a magnetic closure.

Using the 16/32 filter during sunny days works fantastic. Very little difference in the exposure when switching cameras. I can’t imagine using one ND filter which would make one or the other over or under exposed. At the time I bought theses they were the only manufacture which has the split ND’s. Well worth purchasing the full 4 set even though I will more then likely only be using the 8/16 at times or 16/32 most of the time.

Acquistati per Air3, normali ND ma con l’ottima funzione di graduare il filtro in due diversi valori: uno per la normale cam 24mm e l’altro per il teleobiettivo da 70mm. Questo comporta che passare dal 24 al 70 mm no si è più con il problema di reimpostare apertura e trovarsi con lo sbalzo di luminosità che si ha passando al tele. Ottimo e consiglio a tutti i possessori di Air3!
