First off, the company Think Crucial is great...the item shipped quickly and the packaging did well and protected it from damage during shipping. I waited till now to review, as I have just finished the chaos that is Christmas baking, so I could really test it out. For the beater itself, it isn't an actual Kitchen Aid replacement part (I knew purchasing it wasn't). The beater works ok, but it isn't made to the exact specs as the OEM. Overall size is correct, where the difference is, is in the collar. The beater doesn't fit as snuggly as the OEM would, so there is some slop when using. That causes batters to go off balance pretty easy and at higher speeds can get your mixer rocking a little. I have concerns about the longevity of the product as the movement is likely going to cause pressure wear and eventual cracking of the metal. Overall the product works, and the seller describes it exactly. For the price, it's a decent product.

I purchased this beater for a Kitchenaid mixer model KSM90 with a 4.5 quart bowl. The beater did fit in the mixer but would not fit in the bowl. It hit on the sides and bottom of bowl and caused the mixer to vibrate.

It was heavy duty, it was durable just didn't fit my mixer even though I had one of the models it was suppose to fit. So disappointed. Will say they were very good and quick with a return and refund.

This flat beater is make wrong. It does not turn and click to stay on the mixer.

It does what I need it to, but I’ve had it like a month and the coating is chipping already. I never put it in the dishwasher. I just prefer washing all my baking tools by hand. I had hoped it would last me a while, but it doesn’t look like it will.

Although the description said it would fit my K45SS, the paddle was too long.

J'ai acheté ce morceau de malaxeur pour remplacer le morceau originale qui predait sa peinture. Malheureusement le même phénomène est en train de ce reproduire, L'adhérence de la peinture ne semble pas de meilleur qualité. Je suis déçu de ce produit.

I had ordered from another vendor first, and it didn’t fit. I am SO glad i found this shortly after. Fit is great, performance is just like my original (which started to chip after 16 years)

Couldn’t use because the cutout where it attaches to the mixer isn’t fully cut. Will need to file it myself in order to use.

I bought this replacement beater for a gift. The beater looked well made and sturdy. I do not know how it will stand up because the original beater had the enamel chipping off after a few years of use.
