When I first got my chair in the mail, I was excited to see the wood parts appeared to be solid wood, not particle board. That surprised me for the price point. However, the back part of the seat cracked and split entirely within a few days. I reached out to the seller and they sent me a new one which hasn’t broken in several weeks. The representative I spoke with was very nice and understanding. For how inexpensive the chair is and for the customer service, 5 stars.

Love this chair, looks expensive for the price you can’t beat! Surprisingly roomy & sturdy, comfy enough for that cozy boho style.. The back is low doesn’t really support your neck/head, but it’s a small sacrifice if style/design is more important to you so I think it’s a personal preference, personally its worth it. it’s a bit challenging to put together, no written instructions just diagrams/drawings with numbers but not too bad, figured it out & put together 2 chairs in less than an hour. Overall very boho chic great bang for your buck. Very happy with this purchase!

These chairs are of high-quality and a real bargain at the sale price. I got them for pretty easy to assemble with all tools included. A couple of places were a little more difficult and tedious do the placement of the screws but overall I read this is an excellent product and easy to put together.

Excellent quality. It looks much more expensive than it should for this price and it’s really sturdy too. Beyond my expectations.

The media could not be loaded.  The chair size is perfect! One of the screws wasn’t screwing perfectly to the hole but I managed to get it to work. You get what you pay for

I ordered 2 chairs because they were on sale. The seat of the first chair was probably already cracked and it broke at the joint when I tried to fix the legs. I’ll be returning it.The second chair is sturdy and here’s hoping it doesn’t break with repeated use.Overall, I’d give it a 2.5. Might as well invest in something sturdy and reliable.

I like this chair even more than I thought I would. It's made of good materials and is comfortable. It was a great addition to my living room. If I had room for another one in my space I would purchase this again. Really a great chair.

Great side chair for our office. Comfy and cute
