I am not sure
Only a few buttoms are programmed on this remote, is what i anitionaly thought. After a return on this item and a different purchase, i thought the same thing on the second remote. I did get the other brand one to work but seeing i needed to press a few buttons to get it to do what i wanted. So i am not certain if this remote was defective or not. I guess i am giving it a 4 star because i would need to test it again for a 5 star
