I am a fan of NZXT, I think they have great products. Wasn't sure if I was going to go with a 280mm cooler or a 240mm. I settled for the 240mm. I am glad I did I keep my i9 11900kf overclocked to 5.2ghz 24/7. My temperatures at idle are average 29-32c, during gaming -some sessions lasting three or four hours- I never see it get above 52c. I am impressed!!!

Got the NZXT Kraken 240 for my PC and it's been a game-changer. Keeps my CPU cool even during heavy gaming sessions, and the little LCD screen is pretty neat for showing temps or custom images. The installation was straightforward, and it looks slick in my case. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for solid cooling with a bit of flair. You can adjust the brightness of the lcd and it sounds pretty quiet so far. I was able to mount it easily but definitely mount the fans first before you fit it in. perfect fit.

Worked well. Reminder to be sure you are using an SATA cable to power it. The 6 pin part of a PCIE power cable fits but does not work the NXZT pump.

This is a replacement for a previous cooler (NZXT pump failure). Keeps the CPU at a very low temperature. The previous cooler last about 4 years of on/off usage.

Seems most people read 5 star reviews. So placing this review where it will be seen. Well, it stopped working after a few days. Had to order another type from a different company, which is working great! Buy this at your own peril!

I went from a i5 13400f that was air cooled. It really never posed any issues, but I was upgrading to a i7 14700kf and I wanted no throttling issues or problems, like several I had read about. So I knew I wanted water cooler. So far highest temps have been 55°c(131°f) and idles much cooler, average around 40°Celsius (104°f)… AND it shows you the temp reading in either Celsius or Fahrenheit . And even gpu temps if you want. Take the worry out of your cpu temps and get you one of these!

My problem is not with the cooler, which works great with my AMD Ryzen 9 7900x 12core 4.7 gig CPU, but the NZXT Cam Monitoring and Configuration software. Software is a misnomer. It's really spyware. The PC I built is not online very often as it is usually just used for offline gaming, video encoding and editing and writing. It will often sit unpowered for several days at a time. But every week or so I get a "cam_helper.exe error". The only way to clear this error is to go online. It doesn't want an update, it doesn't want to load configuration files, it wants to upload data that it collects on your PC usage and internet traffic. One time just a few weeks after I built my new system, after my PC was off for nearly 3 weeks because it was in storage while my house was undergoing a bit of remodeling, it uploaded 2.4 gigs of data as soon as I powered it up and saw the error. I had read that NZXT collects data and that others had noted that the amount of data they upload in huge. I watched my upload and download and couldn't believe that the data dump was that large. NZXT claims that that this is simply computer performance data but what could be collected from a PC that was literally in a storage unit, unpowered for nearly a month. In fact it was a new PC at that point and I hadn't even finished transferring all my data and files from my old PC to my new one and hadn't load most of the games that NZXT says they were monitoring. After a lot of research I saw that a lot of people are concerned about this data, because NZXT is obviously uploading more than gaming and performance data and NZXT claims that it is only uploading info to improve their products. But I don't believe that. CAM is harvesting data that it doesn't need for product improvement. And you should have an option to opt out of such collection. But since the software starts throwing errors if it doesn't connect every few days but doesn't update anything shows that it is nothing more than data scraping. And to access the full features of the NZXT Kraken features you need this software. Unfortunately I didn't know this about NZXT Cam software until I saw the error pop up for the first time and I started doing some research. Then it was too late. I should have researched NZXT before I bought this cooler. I will be replacing this cooler with one that is full featured, reliable, customizable and that doesn't spy on its customers.

Ho acquistato questo dissipatore a liquido insieme al case a doppia camera che ho recensito in precedenza, e devo dire che la combinazione è semplicemente perfetta. Se volete un PC che sia tanto potente quanto bello da vedere, questo AIO è la scelta definitiva. I punti che mi hanno conquistato: Display LCD Spettacolare: Lo schermo sulla pompa è il vero protagonista. È nitido, luminoso e facilissimo da personalizzare tramite software. Vedere la temperatura della CPU o le proprie GIF preferite direttamente nel case aggiunge un tocco di classe incredibile. Raffreddamento Eccellente: Oltre all'estetica, fa il suo lavoro egregiamente. Le temperature del mio processore sono calate drasticamente rispetto al dissipatore precedente, mantenendosi fresche anche durante le sessioni di gaming più intense. Silenziosità: Le ventole incluse sono di alta qualità. Anche quando il sistema è sotto carico, il rumore è minimo e non distrae mai. La pompa è praticamente impercettibile. Facilità di Installazione: Il montaggio è stato intuitivo e i tubi sono flessibili quanto basta per essere orientati senza sforzo, permettendo un cable management pulitissimo all'interno del case. In conclusione: È un investimento che vale ogni euro, specialmente se montato in un case panoramico che ne esalta il design. Trasforma letteralmente l'aspetto interno del PC offrendo prestazioni da primo della classe.

Fantastic cooler. Keeps my CPU temps in check, runs quietly, and the built-in display is a great touch! Perfect for showing temps, system stats, or custom images. Fans are efficient and the overall design looks premium. Easy install and great performance. Well worth it.

ich finde den Screen für das Geld echt nicht gut, hätte die paar Euro mehr für die Elite ausgeben sollen, naja, jetzt ist es so, kein Bock nochmal groß umzubauen. Es reicht aus, sieht auch ganz gut aus aber wer wirklich perfekte Optik in seinem Case(+ generell größere Anzeige) haben will sollte sich wirklich die Elite holen, auch wenn der Preis für beide Versionen relativ hoch ist für so wenig Features. Kühlung ist ziemlich gut mit der bereits aufgetragenen Paste. Beim Gaming wird die CPU(5800X3D) nicht heißer als 55-60°C. Bei Render etc. maximal 80°C. Hierbei sei angemerkt dass ich eigene Lüfter und Pumpen Kurven in der Software angelegt habe, mein System höre ich nicht wirklich, es ist durchgehend leise, selbst unter Höchstlast. (Lian Li 011 Dynamic) Das Wasser der AIO hat noch nie mehr wie 32°C gehabt, das ist echt gut und kommt fast an meine vorherige custom WaKü ran. Alles im Allen eine solide Nummer die aber gerne so rund 40-50€ günstiger sein könnte für das was geboten wird. Hab noch ne Gigabyte 4090 Waterforce drin und bin auf Unterdruck. Also die 6 Radiatoren Lüfter blasen raus und von unten ziehen 3 Frischluft, einfach so als Info.
