Blended Beautifully
What an aroma…! The kitchen filled up with the aroma as soon as the lid was opened..so much so that a friend asked to order one for them too. Used in Chicken Curry and cannot praise less. A must try.

aromatic!
good and aromatic seasoning.good sizemy tin, however, arrived with a little dent on the side but no other signs of damage on the tin.otherwise, very versatile, tried it on a pizza and it was good.reasonably priced too.would love to try other seasonings from this brand. The brand name is cool too btw.

Smells more like curry than lemon pepper
I was a little disappointed with the lemon pepper one. It smells more like curry than lemon. I can barely detect any lemon taste just hot pepper and curry flavour.I wanted this for lemon pepper chicken but it's not like the one I usually use which is very much lemon and pepper.I did notice also the ingredients on the listing are different to the ingredients on the tin.So, I'm not convinced this is worth 5 stars. It's a bit misleading

MOO SHU SPICE BLEND
I opted for the aisian sounding moo shu spice. It arrived as a finely milled powder but unmistakenly smells chinesey! Garlic, ginger and chilly with soy sauce. Perfect for use in noodle dishes! My only little niggle about this is the lack of a full ingredients list and allergy information on both the product page and the pot itself.I would also like to see some suggestions for recipes and ways to use the blends too!

I mean, it's not lemon pepper, though
This is a really nice spice mix... I plumped for lemon pepper because I use it in most meals, and I'm always curious to try a new one.And this is a nice spice, but it's really not lemon pepper. This will sound weird, but it's almost more of a curried pepper flavour. It's very heavy on the pepper, with a curried element. For what it's worth, it will go gangbusters with our air fried chicken wings but, yeah, it's not really lemon pepper.

Delish!
This za’atar has a beautiful fresh aroma and tastes great. It arrived well presented in a screw top metal tin. This za'atar is delicious! I use it for flatbreads, sprinkle it on hummus or add it to my tahini dip. Given the price I was hoping for sea salt rather than ordinary table salt as an ingredients of the blend.

Flavoursome!
I'm Italian and couldn't resist the mating call of this tin of herbs. You can smell them from the closed tin as soon as they arrive, and they look incredibly healthy, almost as good as the ones I dry myself at home! The flavour is gorgeous, I used it immediately to top a bruschetta with some ricotta cheese and olive oil 👌😍

Delicious!
Really high quality, with a decent kick of lemon and pepper in there. It's an interesting and versatile blend that really seems to work well with chicken for me, but equally with just about everything I've tried it on.My favourite use so far though, was adding a few teaspoons to a bag, putting a few chicken breasts in and making sure everything was well covered, then leaving to marinade in the fridge for a few hours with a tiny drop of olive oil, to help the rub stick. Then, I simply air fried the breasts with small sprinkle of extra seasoning on top. I then turned halfway through cooking, sprinkled a little more over and served with rice and sweetcorn. Absolutely delicious! The marinade worked really well, and the extra sprinkle worked as a rub to enhance everything.I can't wait to try the rest of the range!
