Love this machine! Away from home, it is easy to press a button and food will come out for your cats. My cats hears the noise and they run to the food. I’m really happy with this automatic cat food dispenser! 🐱 It makes feeding my cat much easier, especially when I’m busy or away from home. The portion control and scheduled feeding are very convenient, and my cat quickly got used to it. It’s easy to set up, works reliably, and helps keep feeding times consistent. I also like that I don’t have to worry about my cat missing a meal when I’m not home. Overall, a very convenient product for cat owners. I would definitely recommend it!

Great product that genuinely works as you expect it to (if not better). Purchased for my two tuxedo cats; One is overweight and the other eats like a bird, so it was pretty much impossible to manage their caloric intake without manually feeding them every meal. This device quite literally nullifies the stress and burden of establishing a proper feeding regimen for your cats. Naturally, you will have to spend the first week or two "tuning" your feeding plan for your cats to achieve their target caloric intake. You also get to specify the time of day, day of week, and generic portion amount for each individual feeding. So there is plenty of customization you can do to work with you and your cats' needs; Just make sure you spend some time learning what those needs are for your specific cat(s). The quality of this unit surpassed my expectations. I wasn't necessarily expecting an Amazon cat feeder to be military-grade, but I do tend to generalize Amazon products as being "cheap" and poor-quality for the most part. So I was pleasantly surprised to see this cat feeder break the stereotype. Simply put: It looks good, it feels solid, and the design feels well thought-out. Most importantly, everything just works right out of the box the way you expect it to. Now, the only reason I'm writing this review: The Customer Support. I have had my fair share (and probably YOUR fair share) of terrible, god-awful experiences dealing with Customer Support through Amazon. So I wasn't really confident in getting my issue resolved when I reached out to the "Oneisall" (seller) customer support for help with my unit. For some reason, my cat feeder unit was struggling to stay connected to my home WiFi network. Everything still worked fine, I was just missing out on a few QOL features like feeding logs and remote monitoring, so I decided to reach out to see if they had a fix. Within three brief email exchanges, the friendly rep on the other end already had a brand new unit on the way to my apartment with express shipping. I got the new unit about 3 days later, and my problem was completely solved just like that. What really stood out to me was how my customer support rep (thanks again Sue @ oneisall!) didn't waste my time or run me around like a dog to make the resolution process as difficult and miserable as possible. I wasn't even asking for a replacement unit; I just wanted a quick fix or workaround to the bug I was experiencing. But after I sent my second email to clarify my symptoms, Sue quickly deduced that the problem was likely a result of a defected unit, and then immediately offered to send me a brand new unit, completely free of charge, to make it right. They even told me I could keep my defective unit, which is HUGE not just because of the money but because of the massive headache typically involved with that return process. Now that blew me away, and more importantly, told me that this company actually stands behind their product. Mind you I never even asked for a replacement to begin with. This company/seller has proven to me that they will go above and beyond what is necessary to make things right with their customers. That means a LOT to me; Especially in this day and age, where you typically have to beg an AI agent just for a chance to speak with a human. This seller is now my very first stop when looking for anything cat-related on Amazon.

Where do I even start. This product has made my life so much better. I struggled to keep one of my cats from eating out of the other cats food bowl. Once it tried this product out that all went away. They even assigned themselves their own bowl it was hilarious to witness. The app is extremely easy to use, I was probably done setting it up in less than 5 minutes. The product tell you how much is a portion worth so it makes it simple to know how many to choose. The bowls separate easily from the feeder so cleaning is easy as well. I’ve had it for a few months now and have had zero issues. Highly recommend for anyone with two pets.

This actually works really easily, like choosing the food portion and setting the time. I think it goes all the way to 12 maybe more but i like that it gives you large options. The app kind of took a good amount of space in my phone but it's not difficult to use. I just would've liked if I didnt need to have it plugged into my wall 24/7 just to be able to use it from my app. If I dont have it plugged in I would have to move the switch or "wake it up" so it shows the wifi symbol meaning its "on" and its connected to the wifi. Battery life isnt too crazy as long as you have it plugged in other than that youd need to change them after a good month or 2.

I have had this 2 cat cat feeder for two years as of last last month. I have made many purchases here on Amazon, few have provided as many giggles. My cats love this feeder. They have even learned to tell me they want a snack by climbing on or next to me (depending on which cat) then turning their heads and ears toward the kitchen. It is so funny. If I ask them if they “want a treat” their bodies stiffen and all attention is on their hearing with ears aimed toward the kitchen. I set up one of our blink cameras (another product I am very happy with) to watch this feeder. I LOVE randomly sending them a treat, from the app, and watching them both dash into the kitchen for a snack. I have used it when I have had to leave them behind for a couple of days. I know it has worked when the bedroom blink, then the family room blink, and finally the kitchen blink, all send me motion notification. Lol! I set it to give them many small treat sized meals throughout the day, to entertain them. I think my favorite use is in the mornings, when they are convinced starvation is imminent, all I have to do is grab my phone and they both prepare to sprint to the kitchen. Seriously, it never gets old. Between the battery backup and my blink cameras (obviously sold separately), I can leave my girls overnight without worry. The attached images show another way they let me know they are starving. Lol! As you can see by the images, they have never missed a snack, much less a meal. :-P It was very easy to set up and connect to the wifi. It has remained connected, except twice. Once when I unplugged AND removed its batteries. The second time when o switched internet providers. Although it took me a bit to remember how, reconnection it to wifi and the app was no problem. Pixel, the tortoise shell, often perches on top to alert me to her hunger pains 🤪. She is 15lbs so it is pretty stable and durable. It has been very reliable over these last two years. Shira, Pixel, and I highly recommend it.

UPDATE, UPDATE, UPDATE!!! A representative from the company saw my first review (which wasn’t good) and reached out to ME asking to make it right. I had just considered it a loss and had moved on, but them reaching out was impressive, where in today’s age where most companies are more willing to take your money and run. However, they offered to send me a new one to try at no additional cost to me. I agreed. Firmly believing in their product, they me sent me another. I’m pleased to say the 2nd one has worked absolutely perfectly! I’m very impressed with it and it hasn’t skipped a beat! The product is now working well for me and my cats!! :D I read the instructions carefully and made sure to test it for a while before updating my review. Apparently the company has a 2 year product guarantee which I didn’t know about at first. I want to say the customer service rep has reached out multiple times and has been touching bases often to make sure I was pleased. I VERY MUCH AM! YAAAAAAAAY!!!! I can stand behind any product that has the level of service this company has displayed. I want to say thank you to EVELYN for reaching out to me to make things right. I am very pleased with it and I am happy to say so! I’ll leave my first post so others can see things CAN be made right after all. If you’re wondering which one to buy—BUY THIS ONE!! They stand behind their product and have a 2 year guarantee!! FIRST POST: Mine hasn’t worked well since day one. I bought it to automatically feed my cats on a feeding schedule, and so I can manually feed them wherever I am. I left home on a trip only to realize it wasn’t dispensing and I couldn’t get into the app to fix it since it was offline. They darn near starved! I got none of what was advertised! It never stays online for it to work properly using the app. I always have to get up, go to the machine click the button open the app and manually feed them. I’m literally doing the exact same thing I did before I bought this high priced price of junk which is get up and go feed my cats. It’s gotten to the point where it’s just a storage for the cat food. I just scoop it out of the chamber & in to the cat bowl because what’s the point of getting up, get there, press the reset button, get it back online, open app, hit manual feed then wait in the machine to dispense? It’s quicker to just feed them myself. Additionally I thought it was safe from pests? A fly of some sort was able to get in through the dispensary end and lay eggs while I was away. I had maggots in my cat food. I had to throw it away. What a waste!! I wasted $80.

It's the perfect cat feeder for my needs. I'm going to be gone for 10 days and wanted something that is sturdy & well made to keep my two cats fed (I have to cage them for their safety because they will get naughty when I leave on trips, and I'd hate to leave them at a boarding facility with strangers & loud barking dogs). Instructions are included & assembly was easy. You can program portions as small as 1/16th of a cup - this is ideal as cats prefer to eat smaller portions frequently throughout the day & need way less food overall than what most people believe. The feeder is surprisingly space-saving and can go against a wall without taking up much real estate. You can even record an audio message up to 10 seconds in length that will play when it dispenses food. I've had no issues with the app or connectivity. It's even strong enough for my cats to sit on top of! And now that I've given my cats a predictable feeding schedule, they've stopped whining and begging for food altogether. Yes, a desperate cat may try to tip it over or pop the top open. A major part of preventing this is installing extra security measures BEFORE your cat figures out how to do these things, preferably right as you're setting up the feeder. You can see that I put two adhesive child safety latches on both sides of the food tank (the button to unlock and open it is on the front) so that my cats are completely unable to even try to get it open. I also plan on zip-tying the tank & both 'legs' to the wall of the cage for extra stability and to keep them from tipping it over since they like to sit on it. If you assemble the device correctly & do these two things BEFORE setting it out for use, you will have the best shot at keeping your cat from getting into it. As long as you have other things for your cat(s) to entertain themselves with, most cats lose interest in opening/knocking over feeders once they realize that their efforts are futile - but you have to cat-proof it BEFORE use, because most cats will also not stop trying to get back into the food tank if they're successful even *once*. Child locks on the sides of the tank and anchor it to a wall!

I want to love this feeder and in a lot of ways I do. I love that the bowls are on opposite sides, so that my cats do not fight for food. I have two brothers who are former strays. They both think they are starving all the time, which is why I felt the need to get an auto-feeder. They follow me around yowling for food, even if they have JUST been fed. I am hoping this will adjust them to a schedule and perhaps now they will beg their robot overlord for dinner instead of nipping at my legs all day. The size is about perfect, and the cost was just right, considering I have seen similar items that I didn't like the shape of for twice the price. I really love that the bowls have a slight incline to avoid whisker fatigue for my cats. I do think the "portion" option is a little off, because I already think the "recommended portion" for my cats seems a bit small, but according to the information I found regarding the set portion sizes for this item, I need to give my cats about 3 portions each feeding to be feeding them correctly. So honestly, one "portion" from this feeder is incredibly small. The issue I actually have with this feeder, though, is the assembly. One of the steps tells you to insert the four "metal" rods. They aren't metal. Maybe they used to be, maybe they are on another model. I received four plastic rods that do not click into place or fit snugly. They just push in and then you hope they don't come back out. But that's not even the real problem. The problem is the feeder chutes that you attach to those rods. The feeder chutes do not click tightly. They do not attach snug. They do "click" on, but they pop back off very easily and there is no way to make sure this doesn't happen. I spent far too much time trying to ensure that the chutes would not detach, but they do and you can't stop them. I'm not sure how other people don't have this issue. I looked up guides and assembly help videos. I can't get my feeder chutes to stay attached. I have had this feeder set up for three days and twice now have come back to find one of the chutes sitting in the bowl. I think I'm going to have to glue them on. I don't know what else to do. They are snapped on, but they do not stay. If the feeder chutes were securely attached this would be a 5 star item. Since they are not, the item is unreliable and I'm unsure it will work for my needs long term.
