Not quote the movie story but very enjoyable
Lovely colourful book with good illustrations and story. Bought for a rabid PP lover. He has complained about the inconsistencies between the movie and the book, but still a firm choice at story time. Pups are nicely drawn and text length is a good amount for a 4 year old to handle at once.

Nice graphics
Graphics are in line with the movie. The texture feels good. The fact that the delivery man called me to exit in front of the house and he did not showed off in front of the door, protecting Santa's image made my day! These are indeed gifts for my kids.

Good bedtime story.
My 3 yr old loves this we’ve read it at bedtime every night for the last week. Cuts a fair bit out from the film but what can you expect for a book aimed a preschool age.

Great illustrations and nicely written for the most part
This is a beautifully illustrated Paw Patrol book based on the new movie, it is easy to read and it is a really fun story. I really like how the text is either framed above a gradient of the background or placed on a solid colour above a stylised border, it all feels one and really backs up the imagery. The story revolves around the new recruits and Paw Patrol becoming the Mightly Pups. It is easy to read with the text spaced out nicely. The story itself is pretty action packed, there is no filler in it and my daughter absolutely loves it, she keeps asking me to read it over and over again.I would say though that while the story is snappy and action packed the book seems to gloss over various parts of the story, it’s just a sentence that refers to the Paw Patrol getting their crystals back, it doesn’t explain or show you how and this makes it a tad confusing. My daughter doesn’t seem to care too much though, she enjoys it.It is a really enjoyable book for the little ones, all the images are bright and it is a fun story with the regular cast of characters and some new ones too. I do think the glossing over certain vital plot points is a little annoying but otherwise this is an really good book for the little ones to either look at the pictures while you read or they learn to read.
