Great for beginning
The media could not be loaded.  My husband and I didn’t want to pull the trigger on a $1000 ice bath so we decided to try this first. We fill it up with cold water then make out our ice cubes. It gets to about 40/50 degrees and we live in SC. Not sure how the temp will keep in the summer

Not well-insilated compared to most, but built well
I would 100% without reservations recommend this for single use on a daily basis, meaning set it up any time You use it, etc - it's NOT going to hold your ice water for 3 days or a week like a portable YETI.THAT said, the build is solid and the walls are thick, again, for daily use if You want to refill or re-ice it, definitely should last
