This product has been modified since it's original model to include a sensor which is an improvement. Sadly they have considerably reduced the size of the collection box meaning it needs emptying much more frequently and making the purchase poor value for the money.

Great if it works. Product support is outstanding
We had ours for exactly 13 months before the warranty and the sensor went out. I have contacted the company. We will see what the response will be. I would definitely look at other products unless you want to replace it every year. Update: Even though my warranty had expired (by one month ) the company responded to me right away and are sending me a new unit. My rating for the product (3) and response is now a 5. Be sure to register for the warranty and feel free to contact the company if you have a problem
