The top and bottom are separate pieces and it comes with double sided strips to stick the top part to the lid. Doing this allows them to open and close no problem, but the button might not work properly if you don't.I no longer have that rush of panic every time I drop my case. They feel very well protected and I love that there's a hook attached so I can clip them to my bag or hang them next to my keys. No difference to charging either. Highly recommended.

I bought this rugged case for my AirPods Pro and I'm very satisfied with it. It's a heavy-duty full body shockproof protection cover with a carabiner that makes it easy to carry around. The build is armored, and the black color is stylish. It fits perfectly on my AirPods Pro and protects them from scratches, drops and dust. The case is also easy to open and close. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a durable and reliable case for their AirPods Pro.

This is a good sturdy case to protect AirPods. Made of plastic it provides a very neat case that fits snugly around the AirPod charging case. It’s robust, fitted with a decent quality carabiner clip for attaching to a belt hoop or something similar. I do however, prefer to keep the cause in my pocket rather than swinging about on my belt or rucksack. Instructions were ok. Like be a lot better. Plenty of room for improvement and like a lot of manufacbturers, rely mainly on using graphics to demonstrate the set up arrangements rather than written text. A combination of both would be preferable.Great little case which will hopefully protect my AirPods for many years to come.

The media could not be loaded.  This case looks rugged, well made and smart. The clip that keeps the lid of the AirPods case closed could be easily pressed by accident. I could open the case with one hand by pressing the release clip with my thumb and flipping the lid open with my finger. I would prefer if it were more difficult to open the lid and I am not sure how well this locking feature will hold up under extended use. I'm not totally convinced that the locking mechanism would definitely prevent the lid from coming open if it was dropped and something hit the clip that kept the lid closed. You'd have to be pretty unlucky for that to happen but it's not beyond the realm of possibility.It is a very nice-looking case. It's clearly rugged and designed to protect your AirPods from knocks, bumps and drops.At the time of ordering this item, it was priced at £18.99. For me, that doesn't represent great value. I think the item is overpriced for what it does.

This case is very rugged and looks that way too. It encases the whole AirPods case and only leaves the hinge open. This is a common design to allow the lid to open and not a design flaw.I chose not to use the sticky pad to secure the case and it fits well without any undoing. The clasp is strong enough to hold the lid shut but may open on harder falls as pushing with my fingers does cause it to open. I don't think this case is supposed to be for extreme sports but just a better than average protection for daily use.There is a protective plug on the usb c port which can be swivelled to move out the way. A great idea to prevent the port from becoming clogged with dirt. Added magnets make wireless chasing still possible and is probably my favourite way to charge these. The sounds of the case can be heard through this cover and I have not noticed and depreciation of the tracking capabilities.

Well, where do I start… it looks great in the photos, but they carefully do not show you the back of the case, this is because there is a massive gap where the hinge of the case inside is that is completely unprotected.So yes, it looks pretty rugged from the front and the sides and at the back it's as vulnerable as if you didn't have it in the case at all.The "lock" at the front is not effective, it doesn't really do very much and it certainly doesn't stop the case coming open.To fit the case you need to peel a sticker on the inside and stick it to your airpods charging case in the lid section, this is not something I liked doing in the slightest as I didn't want to leave glue on my charging case. The bottom part of the case fits very snugly and is quite difficult to get off actually. I'm not sure if this is a good or a bad thing, I was worrying about breaking the hinge on my charging case when removing it but it certainly wouldn't come off accidentally.The case did allow you to use a MagSafe charger without any problems and I did like the charging port connector at the bottom having the bung attached so it wouldn't get lost.For me personally the best thing about it was the carabiner, it seemed pretty useful and tough considering what things like these usually come with.In conclusion, basically, for the price that's being charged for this case, I feel you can do a lot better.

Having tried a couple of these type of cases I like this one the best. The case looks to be good quality and is supplied in 2 halves with tape in the bottom of each side to secure the case. Personally I don't want to stick anything to the AirPods case and the fit of the case halves is tight enough that it isn't going to fall off if you don't use the tape, so I haven't used it and it's fine. The case comes with a plug on the bottom to protect the charging port and also has a black metal carabiner so it can be securely attached to things. There is a press latch on the front which keeps the case securely closed. Overall I'm happy with this case, it looks like it will provide good protection and looks good. Although this case is advertised as being for the AirPods Pro 2 it appears to work just fine with the V1 AirPods Pro too. My only complaint is that I wish it was available in more colours than just black.

The case fits my AirPod Pro perfectly, the case has a port for charging, a cutout for the charging light and a 'pressable' button for the pairing button on the back. The package comes with 3 extra adhesive pads and 1 pre-attached adhesive pad for the top case. I stuck one of the extra ones to the bottom case to ensure the case doesn't come off that easily. Was able to use the MagSafe charger over the case with no issues.The design looks very heavy duty however the material is made of pretty light plastic so I'm not sure if it will actually survive multiple drops. The carabiner has spring feels pretty stiff which is good, and is attached to the case through a fairly thick metal keyring.

Currently, as I write this, I was able to scoop up this case for 60% off of its original price. I cannot believe the quality of case this is for $9.99. Original price $30.This case has a brilliant latch mechanism that prevents the case from opening by accident, it’s very well built into the design of the case.I’m not sure this case is worth $30 at its original price, I would happily pay $20, though. It’s a small case, I can’t see myself paying $30 for any AirPods Case. But that’s just me.Great case, especially right now with it on sale.

This is a good shell! It has a few problems, which I'll list:- The two halves have a hard time holding on sometimes. The top half will need 3M tape to hold on (included and preapplied).- The clamp has a weak spring that doesn't always go back in place. It's a bit annoying, but nothing too bad.Otherwise, this is a good case! The hard rubber is very resilient to daily wear and tear, and for a rugged case, it looks great!Recommended!

I have had this for a couple months now and this appears to be holding up to everything. The lid adheres well to the top of the case, being able to keep the dust out of the charging port is a plus.
