Fly London Women's Slouch Boots Ankle

I am a big fan of the Fly London brand. But the sizing is inconsistant :(I just ordered the 39 and they are too big (in lenght). The fit is perfect though, easy introduction through the neck, the heel is tight and the arch as well, I like this way, it maintains your foot very well. I had hesitated before sending them back because for me, it is only about the lenght, my toes are just too far from the end of the shoe.Another thing: this pair of shoes comes from Europe via DHL so it took a little over 2 weeks to arrive. And sending them back is more complex than an usual Amazon return. You need to print the label, redo the packaging, go to a post office or shipping company of choice and ship the package back at your expenses.EDIT: Returning the shoe box is almost the price of the pair shoes. The DHL agent traced the return address to a warehouse in Scotland. I am very upset! I will never order form this vendor again !

Very comfortable ,nice color

Lovely looking boots which I really wanted to keep but even with zip duly down if you have a high instep these are difficult to put on and get off even with a shoe horn so regretfully had to return. These are for slim flexible get only.

These boots were made very well but unfortunately had to return as the fit was a bit small
