Tasty.
There are so many salts available now, we are spoiled for choice. I do not add salt to my food, & have encouraged my husband to do same. However, some salt is needed in cooking itself.I am cynical about some salt claims of origin (eg. Himalayan, mined in Pakistan 400 odd miles away!). However, I lived in Australia for a period of time when younger, & have distant family whose farm is irrigated by the Murray River. I have cruised the river when in Australia on holiday. So, rightly or wrongly, I trust this salt.Anyway, it does taste very nice & only a little is needed.
