These glazed clay terra cotta bowls are awesome! The craftsmanship is excellent and the bowls are the perfect size for my needs.I really love that the bowls are glazed on the inside - makes them really easy to use and clean. I really like the natural terra cotta look on the outside of the bowls.I love how versatile these bowls are. They can be used in the microwave, oven, and even on the stove top. The listing says they are dishwasher safe, but I prefer handwashing them just to be sure they last a long time.We entertain friends and family at our house often. I like to use these small bowls for hot dips made in the oven. They also work great as condiment bowls for DIY burritos or taco bars. So many uses!One of the things I love about raw terra cotta bowls is that they just continue to look better and better over time. And I look forward to using these bowls for a long time!We're using these bowls for an upcoming party with a Mexican theme. They are going to work perfectly for this party and are going to make the table look awesome.I definitely recommend these bowls - you're going to love them!

I like to use these clay cooking vessels for making Shepherd’s pie, pot pies and baked pasta like mac ‘n cheese. The clay dishes are made from naturally food safe and lead-free clay with a glazed interior, and they’re shallow in depth which makes them perfect for the job.Whatever I cook or bake in these pots retains its natural juices because the clay is porous, and it releases steam while it cooks. That’s a property that gives breads a great, artisan style crust!Baking in clay pots produces uniform crusts. The edges are baked the same as the center because of the slow even heat distribution that clay provides.Cooking in clay usually means cooking at a lower temperature for a longer time, and this helps preserve the flavor and nutrients of foods. Unfortunately, these pots did not live up to my expectations. As someone who is often in the kitchen, I was expecting a product that would not only remain in one piece, but hold up under the hottest conditions. They arrived chipped in numerous locations and felt very brittle, likely due to the lack of a complete lacquering. I keep finding small flakes of clay wherever I put them, and don't feel comfortable putting them in the oven. I highly doubt they would last even one baking session.Very disappointed in this product. 2/5

Before I continue, I tried d uploading photos of these remarkable clay pots/dishes/bowls but was unable to.That said, after ordering these, was nervous about how they would arrive. Clay/terracotta is delicate to ship but when they arrived, they were packaged incredibly well and securely!Upon inspection, I noticed just how well-crafted these pieces are. Glazed interior and matte exterior finish gives an attractive aesthetic.So far, we’re using them as serving bowls for sides. Last night we used them for Babaganoush, hummus and Pita bread.I’m thinking of baking eggs and tomato in them for this evening. Im extremely confident they will bake well and not crack as clay is great for baking!These also make nice catch-alls for display!Overall, these are wonderful items and will also make a great housewarming gift!!!!
