Great pain relief.
A great product the thing is I wish I would have done it sooner the relief is great, a recommend for anybody who suffers from acute pain in there heels, not that I've been in pain for any length of time it got really painful just a week ago and my doctor told me about silicone pads, on arrival home I took a look on Amazon and came up with these at the right price and next day delivery, slipped them in my shoes and fantastic no pain I love them.

feels odd
really comfortable to stand on but walking feels odd....seems like you are up on balls of your feet because of the heels but maybe that's cause as a man I don't wear high heels!! They seem good quality and well made.

Silicone Gel Heal Cups
I am sorry although I do feel that the company delievery and service is good the product isnt as expected. £7.90 ish per set I would expect the pads to laster longer than they have. The first pair I purchased lasted one day the replacement only lasted 3 days. I can not keep purchasing this product although while they are whole they serve a purfect job and I am defently able to walk with more comfort.I need to find a simular product that lasts me longer that this.

Doing the job
My doctor has just diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis after weeks of annoying pain and he suggested getting a gel pad.I take a size 12 shoe and although these are supposed to be 10-12, they are not really wide enough for my heel and was a little awkward walking around to begin with as I could feel the lip on the side of my heel. However, as soon as I stood on it there was some immediate relief, so only time will tell as apparently this can take months to heal.If it were not for the size issue I might have given them five stars and could be well suited for those with smaller feet.Update: I first tried this in a loose fitting slipper and the pad had a tendency to move slightly to the side. Since using in a better fitting shoe it is a lot more comfortable. My heel is still quite sore on occasion, especially if I walk without the pad.
