After less than 20 days of using this bulb , ‘correctly’ eg in a lamp device suitable for the bulb that has suitable voltage etc , the bulb has started to ‘blink’ after 10 days of use - we’ve tested the socket and the lamp and there’s nothing wrong with either but as soon as we place the bulb back into the lamp it starts to falter again ! Not very happy as I can’t return it as we’re out of the 1 month return period but this bulb should have lasted a lot longer than it has - unhappy

Died after 4 days, one only lasted 3 days in a bathroom.Can only presume it was a faulty batch

Not sure how long these are supposed to last, but LED technology is supposed to be superior and longer lasting than normal bulbs - anyway, arrived and plugged in 25 Sept 2020, malfunctioning 25 Jan 2021, completely dead 5 Feb 2021. Four months usage.

Bought to up my vit D levels. Have in living room. Give off a nice blueish tint to the light in the room when on. I have put 5 stars for warmth because I personally think it's a good thing they don't give off much heat like normal type foot lights but there is a little comforting warmth to them. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Gives off a good amount of light for the plants . Have seen a difference in growth .

Bought this to try to trick my bird of paradise to flower in sunlight. It seems to be doing it’s job but I have to be patient

18 LEDs with a rather swanky vane aluminium heat sink that holds the PCB with LEDs and driver to the back connection block (standard GU10 fitting). The 18 aren't all the same looks like 5 different sorts of colour - the majority being the cool white spectrum... the others a twist on adding what is needed for good quality photosynthesis. I actually like this but wanted to be sure it really works so jam jar, blotting paper and sweet pea plus several different bean, time switch and this lamp and boy have they grown well. I have to say this is a great bulb for hydroponics too, not just pushing on plants in the greenhouse. It is modestly warm after a twelve hour illumination cycle and i would definately buy more. This is highly recommended. Andrew

The hardest thing about this grow-light was finding a GU10 lamp-holder that would sit close enough to the plants! Once I'd sourced a small, bendy desk lamp with the required fitting, I popped it on the windowsill and angled it so that the bulb shone over my plants. Over the winter, I used a timer to switch the light on for four hours in the mornings.My herbs loved their sunbathing experience! They continued to grow, bushy and green, throughout the dark months. Since they looked a bit exhausted by March, I repotted them and put the gow light away. They're still alive 🙂 It was great to have fresh herbs through the winter; I will definitely do it again this year.
