I've had a safety whistle on my work keys but decided to get a second one for my car key ring.This Potato Zone whistle is sooooo much better than my other brand! It's smaller, smoother, nicer looking and loud!I have this whistle with me for hiking, but more importantly when I'm leaving work late at night. I can't tell you how good it feels to have one of these.As a side note, this is so sleek looking that my 3 and 4 year old boys haven't figured it out that it's a whistle.

Picked this up to carry with my while hiking. Seems loud enough to do the job… hopefully I won’t have a need to find out !

The media could not be loaded.  The Potato Zone whistle is a must need in a survival kit. It’s a light weight compact whistle that’s easy to carry anywhere and really packs a punch when blowing into it. I haven’t even tried 100% capacity yet and still had my ears ringing around 75-80%. Absolute solid whistle and can’t recommend enough!

This whistle is indeed loud. I'm not sure if it's 120dB because honestly, I didn't want to blow it as hard as I could. It's pretty small so it would be easy to fit in a pocket or on a keychain or as part of any survival pack. I was a bit surprised at how hard I had to blow to get the volume up, so if you test it just be careful to start low and ramp up so you get the appropriate volume.

I just loved it. Amazing safety tool. It is solid construction, no cheap feeling, I will buy one for my daughter and my mom. Great for outdoor activities.
