Bought this water boiler after reviewing many other boilers. Kotek did a good job of offering a large capacity boiler and having a water indicator that you can see in the dark. The internal are stainless steel which is comforting to know as food grade steel. Dispensing is easy with a lock switch so you can't accidentally dispense water without switching Off the Unlock button. The temperature control indicator label is hard to see without good lighting but its nice to know that I can control the temperature. Overall we are good with water boiler as we use it everyday for the past two months with no complaints. Good job Kotek!

This water boiler is hugeeeeeee. It turns off on its own after each usage. Amazing water boiler! I love it for instant ramen and tea.

Overall, I'm quite content with this water boiler, especially considering the cost. Here's my pros/cons:Pros:-Huge 5L size-Dispenses water quickly and has a manual option if you lose power (or even if you don't)-Stainless interior-Attractive styling-Cost vs. the competition-Fairly light weight-Doesn't play a stupid song when it's done boiling, but it does gently beep a few times once finished and the background color on the display changes from red to green which I much prefer.Cons:-Celsius only-Temperature markings difficult to read with old eyes although the display temperature is fine-Power cord is not magnetic but I'm totally fine with that trade-off-Slightly more difficult to open/close. You have to push down pretty hard to get it to close but it's not unbearably difficult-I haven't measured the energy consumption but I would guess it's higher than the more expensive models given it's lighter weight and likely lesser quality insulation. I also own the Zojirushi Hybrid 5L that cost about triple what this one does, so I might update with a comparison in the future.I suspected it takes longer to boil the water but the time to boil seems perfectly okay to me and similar to the expensive models. I read reviews that suggest it doesn't allow dispensing while it is boiling and that is completely untrue (see my photo). Maybe this is a newer version that does away with that limitation.I've only had it a couple days so I can't speak to longevity but if it breaks in the near future, I will surely update this review.

We had ours operating now for 10 days straight. Very convenient for constant use. Filling can be done with manual pump, cup switch or front panel button. Adding water, automatically switches to reboiling. Eliminating the need for manual reboil.Ours is set for 85C keep warm and is on 24/7. It is well insulated, since after 10 days the outer shell is warm to the touch, but not uncomfortably so.Convenience is awesome. We wind up drinking more hot beverages because there is no need to boil water, hence no laziness penalty for making a fresh cup.

we used the kettle in a small business office with 15 people, hot water was always available all day, on desired setting heat temperature. easy to use and recommend for home or office. The seller responded to our enquiry on the next day of our comment and solved the issue in a professional manner.
