Used this for a cosplay, it was easy to work with and worked perfectly for what I needed.

It’s totally fine. Doesn’t smell terrible. Rips a little easily but it’s only 2mm thick

This foam came very neat without any scratches or wrinkles, the color was very uniform and the material was of very good quality and easy to work with.

I use this for rolling clay, and it works great so the clay doesn’t stick. I’m gonna start using it to create molds somewhat so that I can put the clay around it

This might be foam, but it's not EVA foam. It tears like cardstock and doesn't heat form. I was making a huge Halo armor build and nearly cried when my chest plate tore like paper. Normal EVA foam does not tear easily, if at all. Heating longer and at lower temps did not improve the situation. No wonder they sell 2 packs - I feel like they're just trying to unload this bad stock and get rid of it at any cost. If you don't plan to heat form or have any movement in your design, this product could work. I would only recommend this as a "thick paper" for still art projects.

I'm a professional Costume Maker. I run the "Heroes Workshop" YouTube channel and I build everything in EVA Foam. I noticed there weren't any reviews for this yet. So, I thought I'd add one.The quality is really good. It cuts well and it's not too dense. You don't want foam to dense when building cosplay, because the seams will be to fragile. You want that bit of flex and squish. This has a great balance of both density and softness. It's exactly what I look for in eva foam.This thickness is also great for Cowls like Batman (5mm). I usually will use 6mm or 8mm for helmets and armor type cosplays.I only wish it came in grey colour, as it's easier to see the marker lines on it when I'm tracing the templates. I could use a silver sharpie marker but those seems to dry out way quicker than the black ones on black or grey foam for some reason. So keep that in mind.
