Holds vacuum
It allowed me to vacuum seal a large pack of cheese, to help stop mold.I had a little trouble taking the vacuum pump (electric) off after vacuuming without lifting the valve and letting air in, and had to switch to a hand pump.

Super Boxen!
Die Vakuumbox ist die erste, die auch nach längerer Zeit und längerem Einsatz das Vakuum zuverlässig hält.Vorher hatte ich andere Boxen, die nach einigen Monaten kaputt gingen, aber die Boxen von Zwilling sind sehr stabil gebaut. Hier stimmt die Wahl der Materialien.
