It works as expected.
Need a more powerful PSU for video card on Dell Optiplex 3060, the converter works perfectly, and power on the computer on problem. One downside is the case fan stays on after shutdown from Windows. I need to turn off the switch at the back of PSU to completely power off. Other than that, great converter with good quality and easy to install. Great value , more economy than changing the motherboard.

if your running a big gpu your gonna have to trim some of the cooling fins off to make clearance, and maybe a little bit of the case lol.

Computer stays on
This adapter does not work. Even when shutting down computer, all fans stay on.
