I ordered green and white but was sent blue and white. I don’t have time to go through the refund process so we’re just going to deal with the color. Otherwise it’s great quality and my kiddo loves it!

Not the correct color but the quality is there. In all actuality the color I received is so much better. Deep blue-jade definitely not green. Hardware is top notch.

I spent hours researching sensory swings and comparing specs and features.We gifted our toddler a playroom for Christmas, and it included many elements including a wall mural, play couch, tent, and this swing. The reason I chose this company over all others was the color options. They had so many, including a green and white that matched our playroom theme perfectly.The first swing came and was a hideous black/orange. I was able to quickly order a replacement to come just in time (Christmas Eve). Unfortunately, the green/white I ordered didn’t arrive on the second try either. This time I got a blue/white. Does not match, but felt we had to keep it in order to have a full magic of Christmas morning experience.The quality of the swing seems fine, it does make stretching sounds when adults use it but so far my child loves it.Given that this product differentiated itself from the competition with color options (all other specs were the same as 20 other brands), AND it delivered the wrong color not once but twice, earns a 2 star review from me. This is something easy to avoid by the company and I hope they put some QA practices in place to correct it.

The swing shipped and arrived as promised, but in the wrong color and no Instructions on how to use all the pieces and options. Not a good start!
