Easy set up
Great selection of dies. Work well. This is my 2nd one. Used for crimping wire rope. So far have made over 10,000 crimps

Poor documentation makes product unusable unless you redesign it
The document does not say what A,B,C are. A must go to A and B to B but C goes to compressor. Once you know this it makes sense, but if you dont you wonder if A must go to B, because often connections must be Input-Output and Output-Input. This is not like that. The compressor fittings dont fit. I have now ordered a few and after a week I still dont know and dont have a working unit. Yes it does not say what the diameter is, what the fitting is that one would need. SO if you have a compressor, you cant use it. Also no compressors are labeled Mpa, so if you dont know you can go research what kpa/lbs.ft is one mpa. It takes more engineering to use this than to design one. I would have been happy to pay $30 extra for a $5 english manual! Very disappointed that it is so hard to get this to work. No I am not stupid, but I dont know what I dont know and I work 14 hours a day. So dont quite have time to do much figuring out because the manufacturer who has the answers either assume their clients have it too, or too lazy to provide proper documentation.

Mis-Aligned Jaws for Die Set
I've now ordered 2 of these. The first unit dies did not align properly. So we ordered a replacement and am in the process of sending back the other. We received the second unit and it also has mis-aligned dies. We have determined it is the jaws that are not properly aligned. We verified it with the die set from another working unit that we have.

DIE Missing and Incomplete
Unit worked properly BUT did not come with all of the die that are shown in the instruction manual. I am short 18 dies AND have 4 unspecified dies. Last, one die came incomplete, it looks like 2 separate dies in the same bag. The crimping tool works, so for a pneumatic crimper it is ok. Just do not rely on the dies to all be there.
