I have north facing windows in my bedroom and These curtains definitely get the job done and they are super affordable. The quality is amazing I like that they are velvet. My girlfriend and I have definitely notice our room is much cooler than it was before we put up the curtains.

Love, love, love them! They are so nice and thick and they look expensive. They do an amazing job at blocking out the light. I live in a mid rise apartment. My apartment faces the dog park which is lit all night. Blocks out all the light.They are pretty heavy so you need the appropriate rods. You'll need the blackout curtain rods so the curtains can do their job.They are so beautiful and the price is just as amazing.100% recommend them.

I have several large dogs and a bunch of cats, so most of my house is perpetually covered with a layer of fur. Not these curtains, though! I can just swipe a lint brush or my slightly dampened hand over them and the fur wads up and falls off. And, while I haven't had the curtains that long, the fabric has already shown ability to hold up to mild cat shenanigans without damage. I put the burgundy and dark blue in different rooms and the colors are rich, beautiful, and luxurious. I could not be happier with them.

I purchased this item several years ago because our "green room" doesn't keep the heat or cold out from entering our home. Wastes money using the heating/cooling system. After I purchased this item, I noticed a HUGE change in how much heating/cooling we use and it saved us some money. I put these in the dryer on a fluff cycle for 20 minutes to remove the creasing from packaging and they hang nicely with a folded even drape to them. They let no light in so they are perfect for the longer summer months.
