I have not used these with heat. I printed on them and they worked great and didn’t run.

Q: What is the thickness? And is it waterproof or not? Do I need to seal it?

The package says it is 80 Microns thick which is 0.00314961 of an inch. Not sure about water proof but I have a sticker on glass that has been wet and it was fine. I think it would depend on how wet and for how long.

Q: I plan to buy the "transparent" for making custom decals for gi joe vehicles? are they 100% clear and transparent or have white or gray tint? thanks.

They are 100% clear…no white. I printed on it from my computer. But after awhile, the ink started to rub off. So I learned to add another layer of plastic over the printed one to preserve it.

Q: Can u put your cup in microwave?

No vinyl or sticker paper should ever be put in the microwave. As it heats up, it becomes very toxic from the chemicals released in the (now hot) vinyl.
