These are trash. I hate to be so harsh, but that's the simple truth. The decorative part of the grip peeled away when removing the adhesive backing. Another review mentioned this, but I gave it a shot. Even after trimming that part off to try and salvage the grip, it did it again with another part. If this had a zero star option, it would get it.

I would never put a phone case on my phone as I already think my phone is way too big. I wanted something grippy to help me hold my phone while I work with one hand. I Swype text as well with my right thumb only and my phone is so slippery it slips from my hand. I found the Cat Tongue Grip and problem solved. It’s super tacky and makes Swype texting easier. I love how it grips to my pants/shorts when I’m driving so I can use the speaker phone without holding the phone. I’m finding all sorts of clever ways to position my phone so I can use the speaker keep doing what needs to be done. And there is no added bulk! Super stoked on this little accessory.

I was intrigued by this product, so I bought one for my iPhone XR. In order to test its grip I grabbed my level and tested it on a plastic surface that is set at a 45 degree incline. At first it stuck well. After 24 hours of normal use in my pocket etc. I tried it again. This time it slid after 17 seconds. I also noticed the clear grippy layer was beginning to show signs of decay. After 48 hours of continued normal use I tried it again after cleaning it. The phone began to slide almost instantly and more tearing of the clear layer occurred.Overall this was a cool product for the first 15 minutes of ownership and deteriorated in performance rapidly after that. Would not recommend if you want something long lasting.

It is fun to have the Cat Tongue Grip because the areas that you can now place your phones expands exponentially. I sometimes just place my phone on different surfaces just to observe how well the grip stays put. Most of the time it does. Other times, it will slowly slide off but in a situation where your phone is sliding this addition of time in which you can react is a great boon.I don't recommend sticking this onto the back casing of a phone with a glass case, such as the Motorola X4. It slowly peels off and eventually falls off. I bought a second one, stuck it onto a thin plastic case (I like having a case on my phone but I'll negotiate for a happy medium), and now it sticks flawlessly.

I recently got an iphone 11 pro and this fit perfect without covering any of the camera. Also, and this is big to me it didnt take away the wireless charging function.Pros: Grip! Very good smooth grip, so good ill sit this on my lap and nothing even think about it slipping off because it doesn’t heck i could lay this on a 45 degree angle or more and perfectly stays in place.Cons: non so farI will buy more of this product from this seller when the need comes up again. I use otterbox symmetry cases for slim but great protect and this works flawlessly with that case.

I am so excited that this product perfectly fit my new iPhone xs, however, after some diy. Basically I don't like those iPhone cases because the exterior of iPhone xs is gorgeous. I don't want them hidden behind some ugly material. Then I found I faced at least 2 challenges: 1, the slippery metal exterior might let the phone fly away from everywhere. 2, the phone is not sturdy on flat surface because of the camera bump on the back. That means, if I put an anti-slip grip tape on the back, it won’t work well on the flat surface because the tape even can't touch the surface. Now I perfectly solve the problem by putting an 1mm thick foam sheet in between the grip tape and the phone back. Now the phone is super sturdy and elegant lying on the table. It grips everywhere instead of sliding away from everywhere. After all , here comes my suggestion, is it worth to produce a thick version grip tape which could compensate the thickness of camera bump?

I absolutely love my new CatTongue Grip! It sticks to my desk perfectly, allowing me to text without picking up the phone. The grip also allows me to text one handed without the phone falling or dropping to the ground. I use a magnetic car mount and the magnet works perfectly through the grip. While running on my treadmill, I can now have my phone on the inclined screen without fear of it falling. I’m surprised at the negative review…the CatTongue Grip gives my phone the perfect amount of grip, without feeling sticky at all. I love the variety of the designs…now that my kids have seen mine they all want one, too!

This is a great product! Cell phones are so slippery and having this pad on the back of it allows for a more "grippy" surface not only for holding the phone in your hand but also when setting it on top of something; like a counter or the dash of your car. I'm really happy with it! I bought this one for a Samsung galaxy 9 plus and it fits perfectly. It can simply and easily be cut down to whatever size you may need with a pair of scissors. Again.. a very great purchase!
