I wasn’t expecting this it was on a really bad conditions very damages as you can see on the pictures plus missing coin .

They're expertly made and are inscribed in Spanish, which makes it more meaningful to me, but I'm sure others will appreciate it, too. It's a beautiful sentiment and set!

Its a decent enough set. The box wasn't protected during shipping and came in a weakly padded envelope. As a result, the box had noticeable damage. Enough damage that you cannot give this as a gift. Opening it up, the tray was loose and rattling around and the same went with the jewelry box which ended up scratching the plate a bit. The jewelry box was able to snap back into the foam, but not the plate. The coins were securely in place. Unfortunately, they were all discolored where they fit into the foam. This means you would have to clean every single coin before you use it. The hefty price tag for what you get is a turn-off as well.There are some pros. The jewelry box is very nice. It has a magnetic enclosure that snaps shut. The cross looks good because of its unique shape though it could use some detail work. The hearts are simple and elegant and are worthy of a wedding.All in all, there are just too many flaws to have this be worthy of a wedding. The high cost might be acceptable if everything was perfect and you didn't have to clean the coins. The gold looks nice.

Got these for when i get married through the church and i loved them. They look so beautiful and well made. The only thing i didnt like about it was the foam thats supposed to hold everything down isnt all that well made so some of the coins slip out and the little pan just doesnt fit in its hole at all. If youre giving this away id make sure to check everything on the inside first just so you can make sure alls good on the inside.

Everything in this box is a beautiful piece of art and, had I got it for a wedding gift instead of purchasing it for myself, I would have thought it a thoughtful gift. While the coins weren't my favorite, because the type of font used reminded me of carnival tokens when I was young (for places like Chuck E Cheese and children's tokens), the words conveyed on each of the thirteen talk about one important aspect of marriage (if you look at the photos I have included with this, all thirteen coins are turned to one side, the one in which is different and you may be able to read some of the words).For example, one of the coins has the word, AMOR on it- which, in Spanish, of course, means love. While one side of each coin is the same on all thirteen (see photo), on the other, each word is different. With the AMOR coin, there are two hearts intertwined and embossed on it. Another says CUIDADO, meaning care, caution, or precaution (defined by Google), and has two hands pointed upward with a heart inside them, as if the hands are taking care of the heart, the love.A third, DEDICACION, meaning dedication (defined again, by Google) pictures two rings intertwined with a heart on top, as if to show that you are dedicated to only the one you are interlaced with.The last I will let you know about is RESPETO meaning respect (no need for Google there) and there are two hands together, as if praying, to say I respect you to the one you love. These thirteen concepts are all a part of a marriage and a hope that those who give these coins and objects, all these things the marriage are blessed with.One of my favorite things about the purchase is the heart jewelry box. While it is beautiful, the lid has a strong magnetic clasp (see photo) so that even when you turn it upside down, it does not open. It surprised me as I don’t remember ever being able to turn anything this precious upside down and not have everything fall out all over the place. So it will be a good place for important jewelry that you don’t want to lose.The cross, the two interlocking hearts, and the small, round tray are also beautiful. The design on the latter is finely etched into the gold. And, in this last piece, I mention, that the gold has a beautiful glow, unlike the others that I really found stood out (to me).However, my favorite part of all came later, after my husband and I examined our new purchase. We had one of those electronic small candles (it does not come with the purchase but you can see it in the photo of the whole box of objects). Because when he set it in the box and when the light caught the photo included with the lid (see photo), it glowed and sent small flashes of light off it. I would suggest a little candle like we have, to include with the gift because when it is placed, all of the pieces in the box seem to come together, like two people in a marriage.

Ok I’m not Hispanic but I am Catholic and I many Hispanic friends. I gave this as a gift to a wonderful couple that was getting married. There’s a lot of symbolism in this set . It is a elegant gift packaging and all that is included in the set is beautifully made. It is a lovely gift.

This set is absolutely beautiful. The box is very pretty on the outside, and it is lightweight, which makes it portable and easy to maneuver. The individual items inside are very beautiful, the color is exactly what I was hoping for, and it has very pretty details. The coins appeared to be stained, they all had a line and a change of color, bit after a quick polish they were fine.Overall, this product is beautiful, well made, and durable. I am very happy with it, and I definitely recommend it.
