Does the job at a good value
Maybe I didn't read the description on Amazon clearly, but thought I would have multiple uses which would last several months with both bottles. However, the dishwasher cleaner is a one-time use: Open and turn the bottle upside down in the silverware drawer (DW empty) and run a cycle, then toss bottle. The washer directions: use 1/2c to empty machine and run cycle, so that bottle gives 3 uses (12oz bottle) or 3 months. They both do an excellent job in cleaning the appliances, and I chose them for the lower price compared to other brands, which is a strong factor for me.

Not a Cheap Fix
You have to use the entire bottle for one dishwasher cleaning, but it works. The washing machine cleaner can be used three times. A better value. They both work so there is that.

Great product.
This product just works great. I’m amazed how well it reaches all nozzles and jets in the dishwasher and clears them out. Brings the cleaning performance of my machine back to new.

Good for hard water build up
Make sure not to remove the wax for the dishwasher cleaner!! Honestly the price is a little high for this bundle. Both bottles are intended for one use keep in mind. Overall they did the job and my appliances are like brand new. Should last a month or two.

I'm a repeat customer & happy with product.I'd forgotten clothes in the washer so it had the mildew smell. I used Glisten as directed & wiped all the visible interior surfaces, then threw rag in for the wash cycle. Mildew smell was gone.My dishwasher doesn't always drain well due to hard water buildup. This fixed it.

This is the best thing for your front load washer that I have found since 2005! This stuff was amazing, much better than the tide version

Really did a great job of cleaning the hard water deposits out of dishwasher. Cleaned the washing machine too.

Effective enough
I bought this because the rental house we live in - the dishwasher just didn't seem to do a complete job. Part of the problem is hard water. This stuff broke down a good portion of that, and seemed to take the scaly stuff off the sides that always ended up on my dishes.The washing machine cleaner - well hard to tell since I leave my machine open to air out and dry after every wash. If you close your washer up between loads --- probably a good thing to do once a month to clear out any bacteria or odors that build up.
