These ceramic bases are used to re-wire some flameless candles with G4 bulbs as a "permanent" solution for outdoor lighting.

These G4 LED bulb sockets worked prefectly when I rewired my landscape lighting from burnt out non changeable lights to changeable LED G4 Bi-pin bulbs. I will definitely buy these again if and when needed. These sockets saved me BIG $$ as I was able to rescue my existing landscape lighting.

Long leads ready for solder. I have been running them continuously for weeks and they are good. No flicker.

Good. Stranded wire is a little difficult to work with.

It’s easy to lengthen the leads of course but for my project replacing the crumbling bases in landscape lights I could have used 24” leads. But that’s just my needs the sockets worked fine and I’m thrilled they’re even available to replace whatever the old bases were doesn’t seem like ceramic and these are expensive brass landscape lights so restoring them for a couple bucks saved a $150 on a replacement fixture. Brightness isn’t really applicable because that’s a function of the bulbs and I’m also thrilled I found led’s although I wish the ones I found were brighter.
