The bite pressure is evenly distributed across all your teeth, reducing any discomfort you might feel during use. 2. Facefit includes resistance brackets that touch all your teeth. This engages not only your jawline but also your cheeks and lips, providing a more comprehensive workout for your facial muscles. 3. Two resistance levels: Facefit is able to cater to different fitness goals. Whether you're looking to tone and define your facial muscles (cool grey) or build up size (Sky Blue) It's important to note that effectiveness will ultimately come down to consistency and personal preference. We're here to support you every step of the way, and we wish you success on your facial fitness journey!

Q: Should I use it every day?

During your first month, you should aim for 3 workouts per week, with 2 rest days between each workout. As your muscles become stronger, you should be able to increase to 4 - 5 times per week. Here is an example of training frequency for the first month: Mon - Workout Tues - Rest Wed - Rest Thurs - Workout Friday - Rest Saturday - Rest Sunday - Workout I hope this helps.
