Tight but supportive
I've been searching for the right pair of lifters for years now. They are such a huge investment I wanted to make sure what I was buying was going to be exactly what I wanted.These are it. They are comfortable, great arch support, and the stiffness (which will probably go away eventually) really helps with my squat stance. The laces get real tight too without too much pulling.They do have a bit of weight to them. I was expecting this, but for someone whose never worn lifter before, they are noticably heavier than chucks or cross trainers.

Good "lifting" shoe, not a cross trainer!
The Reebok Legacy Lifter II are a great shoe for squatting, which was my primary interest for them. They are very stiff and secure. I love the high heel, 22mm. Less pain in my lower back and a very solid foundation. I tried them on a treadmill for warm up and stopped after a minute. They worked fine on an elliptical. This is NOT a cross trainer. It's a squat/olympic powerlifting shoe, which it excels at. Fit was consistent with sizing. It may be a bit narrow for wider feet, but fits me great (I have narrow feet).

Great lifting shoe but runs on the small side.
Love the support in the shoe and very comfy but they do run a smidgen on the small side.
