I work a busy schedule, and had been experiencing some fatigue, so I decided to look for caffeine supplements to take regularly. Read the reviews and tried this one out. I've been taking one pill every day for months and it's helped me so much to get through my day and keep my energy levels up!!Pros:- Energy - unlike some other forms of caffeine or energy drinks, these pills are pure and slow-release, so they don't immediately give you a spike of energy and then dissipate. I take at 6-7am most mornings and it gets me through for hours.- Taste - no taste, easy to take, and means avoiding coffee breath, which helps me maintain good dental hygiene- Cost - 500 capsules means I only repurchase roughly every 1.5 years. For the price, one of the best deals I've seen - especially if you compare to those who purchase coffee or tea drinks on a daily basis. 4 cents a pill compared to a $5 drink! Tbh, they could triple their prices and I'd still buy it.Cons:- 200 mg is a lot, especially if you're just starting off. 400mg is the recommended max a person should take in a day. If I miss a few days in a row, I get headaches from withdrawal. If you're looking for a smaller dose, try the 120mg.Just a note, don't take this too late -- once took one at 7pm and didn't fall asleep until 2am. These are no joke.As far as caffeine supplements go, this is my first choice!

These are great!Packaging/Delivery: Prime, arrived very quickly. The package is a zip-top bag, items did not seem damaged. Not ideal, maybe because I'm used to screw-tops. Expect there to be powder in the bag when you reach your hand in (don't lick it off, it tastes terrible). I transferred a bunch to an empty Tic-Tac container to keep in my purse. They do look kind of like illicit substances, but it's not so bad. I suggest labeling anything you put them in with the dosage and warning. I didn't count them, but there were a LOT - even if some were broken, compared to buying coffee everyday, super worth it.Effectiveness: I wanted a consistent caffeine delivery system and this is it! I was worried about having the right dose because these came from the internet, the does is actually perfect for me, kicks in after about 30 minutes. There is also a clear warning about not taking more than 3 in 1 day. I take one 200mg dose in the morning (7-8am), and another between 1pm-3pm on days where I have a full schedule (work, kid, school), either case, I am exhausted between 9-11pm and actually sleep more deeply than before I started taking it. I now feel a push to get out of bed within minutes of waking up, before I even take it. For reference: I used to drink a grande (188mg) or venti (259-564mg) iced coffee in the morning which can have a varying amount of caffeine, supported by this study and the fact that everyday I felt it had a varying effect. I’ve purchased these twice and will purchase again. They are very strong if you take whole pill. They will keep you awake and alert and they have very simple ingredients no fillers or sugars only caffeine.

To start, I was taking Mutant brand caffeine pills I purchased from a widely known body building website, but I was starting to run out and needed more pills for work and whatever else.I decided on these because the brand seems reputable (and I didn’t read the reviews). I didn’t think to count to see if I was shorted pills, but I can say that it seems the caffeine content per pill is hit or miss (based solely on feeling).I generally take one 200mg pill and feel great, but one of these didn’t do much for me. I’ve taken two and on more than one occasion I didn’t feel the usual caffeine-induced energy. Three? Felt it, sure. Four? Ok, I was jittery, but I guess it’s good to find your upper limit.I now take two every morning for the morning energy bump. Perhaps I should take a break from caffeine for a month and try one pill again?Ha, that’ll never happen. Your mileage may very, though. This company’s magnesium oxide is amazing, so maybe the caffeine mishap is user error?

I first got a sample pack of these with a previous BulkSupplement purchase. I ended up using them up fast and purchased this for continued use. Brewed coffee, with or without milk is a hit or miss for me in terms of the kick as well as how my tummy fares. This supplement worked perfectly for me, whether I needed a pre-workout boost, needed to stay alert for a long drive, wanted to stay alert for a long stretch of working or needed to pull long hours at night. Small pills, easy to swallow.I had the same experience as some other reviewers though - one or more pills had popped open and all the pills were covered with fine white caffeine powder. I understand part of the reason for the low prices are the low spend on packaging. I did not try counting the pills, so not sure whether it was accurate or not.I forgot my pack last week while on a biz trip, so will definitely be buying my next one.
