Worked perfect
The media could not be loaded. 97 obs 7.3 Powerstroke. Plugged in under the glove box, turned key on, connected using the button in Forscan. DO NOT CONNECT UNDER BLUETOOTH SETTINGS, CONNECT USING THE APP ON YOUR PHONE! Device connected no issues, read the error code which confirmed what I thought the issue was. Replaced the Cam position sensor, code disappeared. Used the forscan app to then monitor fuel pressure, voltage, rpm, map, etc. Everything worked exactly as advertised and was super simple, no laptop needed.

Conforme à la description du produit
Instructions pas très claires, tu dois payer pour utiliser le logiciel, je crois qu'avoir un crédit sur le logiciel utilisé serait une bonne idée avec cet appareil

Plays well with Android Phone and Forscan Lite
The Vlinker FD+ was one of two Bluetooth OBD2 scanners recommended by Forscan, and was less than half the price of the most popular unit so was worth a try. It paired easily, just followed the included instructions. It can read dozens if not hundreds of parameters. I only use it for displaying real time dashboard parameters that are not included on my Ford Escape Hybrid display. Since a hybrid replaces the tachometer with a power meter, I can now read RPMs on my phone, mounted between the steering wheel and infotainment display. I also added dials for hybrid battery level, engine coolant temp deg F, fuel level %, and the torque of both the electric motor and gas engine. The only complaint is that the scanner does not reawake when the car is started, it needs unplugged and reinserted each time. This seems to be a common problem with other brands, too, as mentioned on their forums. I bought an OBD2 extension cable with in-line on/off switch, Autool brand from Amazon, and ziptied that and the scanner under the dash within reach, making it easy to repower and reawake the scanner before each trip, problem solved.
