Very tasty and doesn’t have an overwhelming salty taste. Wish it wasn’t so expensive though.

I’ve tried strawberry lemonade, lemon lime, and the blue raspberry. They all are great for after a workout or when hungover. Pros - they taste pretty good! love that there’s no sugar and the packaging is cute. Cons - It is spendy in comparison with its competitors, but they’re a small business so I don’t mind. They also take a lot of stirring to fully dissolve. I typically will put it in my Nalgene and shake it to make it easier - not a huge deal.

I have Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Gastroparesis and Dysautonomia. I have had to be on IV hydration for years. After some complications, I needed to rush and find something to try to help me orally hydrate and stay stable. This has a high price tag (especially for someone like myself who needs to use ideally at minimum one packet a day) but it was worth it. I can’t be without one of these in my bag, and works better than most hydration products I have tried as of late. I prefer drinking it in 32oz, and it tastes like a less sugary, slightly saltier version of Powerade (which I cannot tolerate anymore.) I’ve been recommending it to everyone to try at least once!

I cannot state the value of this product but, our son uses it all the time. He’s a big workout guy, and AF pilot. Both activities take a toll on a body.
