Great for calisthenics

Solid construction
I wanted a solid base to work on push-ups and eventually work on more advanced calisthenics moves and these fit the bill. Easy to assemble and solid construction

Not great
This product works fine and doesn’t fall apart but the grip that comes with it unravels itself on the first use and makes it so you have to just use the wood basically. I would just get a better quality one for maybe a little more cuz this isn’t worth it.

Sturdy, tape doesn’t stick though
These are great! I’ve been using them for handstands and love them. Never realized how badly they HURT, but I just need to get used to it. The tape provided has been falling off since day 2, but I need to replace it with a more cushy tape anyway
