Perfect for two eggs
I bought these for making individual portions of shirred eggs, 2 eggs per portion. Eggs, a little bit of heavy cream, and some parmesan. They were the perfect size ... not too big and not too small. I measured 4-oz (1/2 cup) of liquid into one and it came just below the top.

Great quality on a chance purchase
I took a chance and ordered off-brand crockery from Amazon as I was looking for smaller baking dishes for new recipes. These arrived and they are great. They were packed very well with nested padding and solid outer box. The have a lovely deep blue finish, and have held up to oven use and come out of the dishwasher in great shape. I think very good value for the money. Nice.

Great Ramekins
