I work out and take ballet, which is a work out.Ballet is hard on your feet. I spoke to another dancer, she purchased these socks. They made a differenceI have been wearing them for a bit and have noticed a change. I wear with tennis shoes when I work out.I wear the socks with the heel and toes exposed for ballet.Other dancers are also purchasing these. They help with recovery after a long day on your feet.I highly recommend this product.

I’ve worn these a few times now so not sure I can return them but they drive me crazy when they are on. Today they rubbed the back of my heel and the front of my ankle red raw. I’m done trying to make them work because they are actually painful at this point.
