Poor fit or fit not secure enough making padding move on the foot so needs constant adjustment

Rubbish
Bought the medium as advised by the sizing guide. They are absolute rubbish and do not stay in place. In fact they make the problem feel worse as they scrunch up underneath the foot, actually increasing the pain. Don’t waste your money.
