Frame Clamp is held onto the frame component (fork/frame) by strong hose clamps - 2 sizes are provided to cover all fork/frame sizes..
Use this Torque Arm when threaded eyelets are not available on the frame to anchor the arm on. If eyelets are available, we recommend our TorqArm V5..

A: No it does not matter, the torque arm plates are sized to accommodate a 14mm and 12mm Axles.
