It's very large which surprised me and I wasn't sure if I would like it. But I have found it to be great honesty! I'm small chested (36B) so I didn't think it would benefit me but its large enough to cover my armpits as well.

I didn’t take a good look at the package. I used some of the pads and made a makeshift ankle wrap, basically I made it work. No complaints.

the pads are washable, can be re use many times.

This product was very helpful. Gave it 3 stars as I followed instructions and washed it as soon as received till ready to use. Used overnight and the one band (used around the neck) released black tincture. The color bled onto my shirt, ran my fingers over it and the black coloring released onto my fingers. This is useless as I dont need it absorbed into my skin.

Works so well with Castor Oil…

I never used anything like this before but recently discovered the many uses of Castor Oil as a remedy. This product does exactly what it says. The oil is absorbed easily and quickly. No need to use and kind of plastic backing. No mess on any of my clothes or bedding from leaking oil. I use it with a hot water bottle and the heat penetrates without any problem. I purchased elastic bandages to help hold them on, but never needed them. I use them all over. My legs, back, shoulder, knees and more. Great product and will purchase them again, in a heart beat.

I like the selection in this pack, it has different sizes for different applications on the body.
