The only reason it has got a 1 is very simple, if I didn’t rate it I wouldn’t be able to review it is I’ve given the lowest I could This is the second time I have ordered this item , both times the metal piece for holding the cone has been missing, this is needed as just placing the cone over the hole the cone is very unstable and could fall causing damage or even fire do not recommend this
