I tested them before using them. Scrubbed one with a wet sponge to see if any color would come off and it didn’t so, put them on some earrings and hair barrettes and I think they look pretty good.

These are going to look so nice on my leather belts I'm making. A tester stud held fast and didn't break off or get damaged during my setting. I am pleasantly surprised that these are of good quality and not some cheap nonsense that will just break later.

These are not the best turquoise rivets out there by any means. They are decent though. And they work. And you get a lot for a reasonable price. So, unless your work needs such high quality for some type of professional reason, these are totally worth it.

These rivets come in a small, plastic container with four different sizes, all neatly separated. They're beautiful and will definitely add a touch of class to my leatherwork.Now, I'd never used stone rivets before, so I was a little anxious. These didn't come with a setting tool, and my regular one wasn't deep enough. The solution? Using a good amount of padding to prevent the stones from breaking. It worked alright, but I was still careful not to hit too hard.Here's hoping the rivets stay put! Their stunning turquoise color will elevate any leather project. Western style, here I come!

These are so pretty, I love the color and they almost had me fooled- looks like real turquoise!They were very easy to use, as long as you punch a hole in the leather first, they attached easily and didn't need a whole bunch of fiddling to get them set properly. There is a good quantity to have plenty intricate designs or multiple pieces, which is nice if you want to have a matching set!Overall these are great quality, very pretty and easy to use. Highly recommend!

The turquoise color on these rivet studs is gorgeous - they look like real turquoise! I wanted to see how easy they would be to attach to suede, so I used a small one to experiment. It was very easy to apply and secure with tools I already have in the house. I plan to use these to decorate some of the suede and quilted purses I make, and I may try adding some of the small ones to t-shirts to see how they work. With four sizes, I have a lot of decorative options.

I go through a good share of Turquoise Rivets in my leather art making. I’ve purchased them from Tandy, Weaver, Ohio Travel Bag and Amazon. I was able to compare these - Mingtao 240 Sets Blue Turquoise Rapid Rivets Studs Tandy Belt for Leathercraft – with some of those other turquoise rivets I have in stock. What I found is that the quality of these rivets is very inconsistent in the finish (some stones are shiny while others are dull), the setting, and overall appearance (some look very cheap). I did see some rivets in the box that are comparable to the bigger brands but not nearly enough that I would consider buying these again. Because of the inconsistencies, I think these rivets would be best suited for learning and practicing, experimentation and hobby use.

Very cool looking rivets. The color is a nice turquoise color and attaching it was easy to do.
