Bulletproof... Litteraly
Great roasting tin with made in France quality. When bought on offer it can be had for half the price of the Chinese made Le Creuset (quality item too but how much margin are Le Creuset making on this!). Pretty easy to clean with the exception of burnt fat on side walls - for these justsoak the tray I hot water with a scoop of baking soda.

Wertig und richtig gut!
Schönes u. wertiges Produkt. Das "Geflügel" gelingt besser, als ohne diesen Bräter und das Ganze sieht richtig schick aus. Da fühlt man sich wie ein Sternekoch.Insofern, ja, hochpreisig, aber absolut empfehlenswert.

Bonus Rack is Worthless
The Mauviel roasting pan is beautiful and well made (5 ply 2.6mm thick), though it is a shallow pan less than 3" deep.The problem is the so called "Bonus Rack." The rack I received had a piece of the nonstick coating flaking off on the bottom. It also had an area on the rack that looked like it was spray painted with shiny black paint. It wasn't a matte finish like the rest of the nonstick coating and it was also thinner than the nonstick coating.I contacted Amazon to arrange for a replacement. They said that they would send out another pan w/rack combination but the warehouse sent an 11" frying pan instead. After contacting Amazon, I returned the fry pan. I was told they would send another pan/rack replacement. This time, on the scheduled day of delivery, I checked the FedEx tracking to find out that the package had been delivered. I was home at that time and there was no delivery. I contacted FedEx and Amazon and got a lot lip service. After a lot of back and forth with FedEx I found out that they never put a trace on the package or contacted the driver. This was a most exasperating experience.So here's a warning: "The Bonus Rack" is no bonus. My so called bonus rack will be tossed and I will buy another rack else where, probably at a brick and mortar store.[...]

Excellent produit!
Plat à cuire au four et fonctionne sur l'induction. Qualité professionnelle, Made in France, et 3Kgs sur la balance. Attention, la grille n'est pas fournie avec!Très bon produit avec les poignées qui ne chauffent pas quand on cuit sur l'induction ce qui est pratique.

Made in France, sehr schwere, gute Qualität.Induktionsgeeignet, durch den mehrschichtigen Aufbau mit Aluminiumkern sehr gute und schnelle Wärmeverteilung.Macht sich auch gut auf dem Tisch, sehr edles und wertiges Finish.Für unter 100€ ein Schnäppchen.

Un beau cadeau de Noël pour un cuisinier
J'ai acheté ce produit parce qu'il est fabriqué en France, et Mauviel est un fournisseur de qualité pour les ustensiles de cuisson (casseroles, sauteuses, poêles....) Je ne suis pas déçu par la plaque à rôtir,parfaite pour toutes les cuissons au four et y compris sur une plaque à induction.J'ai choisi Amazon pour son prix compétitif. Le délai de livraison est correct. Si ce fournisseur continue à présenter des produits de qualité et à donner des délais de livraison fiables, je continuerais de lui accorder mes commandes.GERALD
