Magnets are very strong, difficult to pull apart with nothing attached but when you hook a net to it and pull from there it comes off perfectly. When trying to hook it back up behind yourself the magnets are strong enough they find each other easily. 10/10 would recommend

Must buy
After losing my last net in the river, I decided this net retractor was a requirement this go-round. Solid, durable and a strong magnet that won't give way. This is a reasonably priced must-have. I'd buy it again.
